This course is designed for individuals already immersed in the world of policy. Whether you're working at a think tank, on the Hill, in advocacy, or in policy research, this course is for you.

You will learn how to communicate complex ideas more effectively, elevate your digital presence, and sharpen your public voice. The course is designed to equip you with the tools to influence culture in real time.

We can only accept a small group of applicants for each year to ensure every fellow receives personalized mentorship and support. That means space is extremely limited and interest is already high.

The full cost of the BASED Media Fellowship is $1,500 per participant, which covers all training materials, one-on-one mentorship, guest expert sessions, and access to our alumni network. Many participants have their tuition covered by their employer, school, or sponsoring organization.

However, we’re committed to making this opportunity accessible and scholarships are available for applicants who demonstrate need or don't have institutional support. If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to apply and indicate your interest in a scholarship during the application process.
